Margot has worked as a residential conveyancer in South East London for over 20 years, and for 4 years previously in Central London dealing with commercial secured lending. Margot became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2003, is a Member of the Institute’s Specialist Conveyancing Reference Group and specialises in all types of residential property transactions including:
