Chris Elliott

Chris has extensive experience in a broad range of contentious matters including contested wills, professional negligence, Landlord and Tenant, personal injury, building disputes, boundary disputes, commercial disputes and debt collection. Chris provides much needed practical advice as well as professional experienced legal advice. Disputes are usually resolved before Court action is needed, but if not he has a wealth of experience in mediation and dealing with claims through the Courts.

Having trained in Central London Chris joined Woolsey Morris & Kennedy in 1993 and became a partner in 1995. Chris is the firm’s Complaints Officer and Money Laundering Officer.

Chris spent five years of his time at WMK in our Commercial Department and through that he has developed a thorough understanding of commercial contracts and the needs of his commercial clients.

Chris is approachable and sympathetic to those who seek his advice, often during a stressful period in their lives.
